  • Review structure, content and salient details of case history 
  • Identify what additional information and resources needed for GCRA
  • Generate and discuss rationale for differential diagnoses
  • Generate testing strategies
  • Interpret genetic test results (when applicable)
  • Define management options for all risk levels
  • Identify follow up issues for patient and family

Objectives
  • Review cases with challenging or complex genetic test results
  • Review ancillary data from commercial and/or research labs
  • Apply resources to interpret CHIP, Tumor-Germline, VUS and other complex genetic test results in actual clinic cases
  • Determine follow up and/or risk management strategies for patient and family as appropriate
